The ocean view from my room was fantastic, really enjoyed the balcony. Had issues with the AC not cooling properly. Quick beach access was a plus, but breakfast was limited. Staff responsiveness could be better.

We found cockroaches, a dirty floor, and a broken handicap lift. Plus, housekeeping lost my wallet with cash! This place felt more like a run-down motel than a decent hotel.

I've stayed here annually, and this visit showed noticeable improvements. The new elevator flooring is a step up. The breakfast was outstanding—fresh, hot, with plenty of options. Aliyah at the front desk was exceptional, as always. there were challenges. Noise from the floor above disrupted our sleep for two nights. The AC struggled to keep the room cool, and the bathroom was cramped and could use better layouts. The bed needs serious attention; it was squeaky and uncomfortable. The location is ideal—right across from the beach but crossing the street is dangerous. Staff could be more available. With some adjustments, this place could truly shine.

There were some issues with key card boxes in the rooms, which required room changes and inconvenience. A double charge occurred during check-in, causing financial difficulties.

I really liked the spacious, comfy rooms at Best Western, especially the one with the ocean view balcony. The beds were cozy, and the wooden floors added a nice touch. The breakfast spread was delicious, with plenty of options to choose from. It was a treat to wake up and have a view of the beach right outside our window. there were a few areas that could use some improvement. The air conditioning in the rooms seemed outdated and didn't cool below 75 degrees, making it uncomfortable during the summer. It would be great if they could upgrade the AC units for better comfort. I noticed that the air filters were quite dirty, which affected the air quality in the room. It would be beneficial for the hotel to regularly check and clean the air conditioners to ensure a healthy environment. despite these issues, the stay at Best Western was enjoyable, thanks to the lovely staff and the convenient location near the beach.

My stay offered incredible views of the Gulf, as the beach is directly across the street, and I loved that I could take leisurely strolls down the peaceful Seawall while still being just a few minutes away from exciting places like Galveston Beach and the Moody Gardens. The room was spacious and comfortable, equipped with a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker, which made it convenient for me. However, the overall condition of the hotel could be improved since there were issues like weak water pressure and some loud noises from neighboring rooms during the night.

The room was clean and the beds were comfortable, providing a pleasant sleeping experience. We enjoyed the stunning oceanfront view from our 4th-floor balcony, which was a highlight of our stay. The bathroom was tidy and well-stocked, though the shower surface felt slippery. Noise from the tenants above us disrupted sleep, waking our children multiple times. Getting fresh towels required persistence, as the room was not cleaned during our stay. Temperature control in the room was adequate, but the hallways felt uncomfortably humid. Staff were friendly but seemed overwhelmed.

My friends and I had a blast shopping at the outlets and hitting the beach right outside the hotel. The view was super lit, got some sick pics for the 'Gram!
Would be lit if they had a cool rooftop bar or lounge for young peeps to chill and vibe after a long day of exploring.

I thoroughly enjoyed my balcony overlooking the gulf. The location was perfect, away from the busy part of the island. Despite the minor inconveniences, I had a wonderful stay. I’ll recommend this hotel.

The variety of shops kept the whole family entertained while we found amazing deals on clothing and accessories. the spacious rooms and accommodating staff made our vacation a breeze.
My wife says that the hotel could improve by offering a kids' play area in the lobby for families to enjoy together.

best western plus in giustinianoogood was amazing! canyon at the front desk was so professional and accommodating. she found us a more comfortable room, got us a crib for the baby, and even a fan when the a/c wasn't working. exceptional customer service! the ocean view rooms were fantastic, with a spacious patio. the gym was great and the breakfast was large and clean. the staff was friendly and helpful, making the stay enjoyable. highly recommend this hotel for anyone traveling to the area!

Our mini vacation at the Galveston Suites was a blast! The location was perfect, right on the seawall with easy beach access. The staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. The rooms were spacious and spotless, with comfortable beds and a great view from the balcony. The AC kept us cool in the Texas summer heat. We loved listening to the waves and watching the sun set each evening. a fantastic experience for us as youngsters!
That the AC in our room wasn't cooling properly. The front desk was unable to address the issue immediately, but we managed to make do with some ingenuity.
